We're officially open!!!!
It was down to the wire but inspections were passed and the doors were able to open. I've always made fun of those people on reality shows where everything is a fire drill down to the last minute. But I was that guy last Friday standing in line in the permit office to pull another permit for wiring the kettle up 20 mins before the opening. Granted it wasn't pertinent to opening but there I was, talking up the brewery to the ladies in the permit office followed by an "oh by the way I'm supposed to be opening in 20 mins so can we step this up a little?".
I'll get the pictures up as soon as the people taking them are able to get them to me but check back on Wednesdays for the schedule of events for each Friday. It'll vary based on happenings in the brewery as well as what's on tap. Be patient, I'm brewing as fast as I can and we still don't have the big system up yet but sounds like it'll be next week before I can do the first big batch.
